Remuneration Committee
The terms of reference of the Remuneration Committee are as follows:
1. Regularly review organizational procedures and propose amendments.
2. Stipulate and regularly review the compensation policies, systems, standards and structures, and the performance evaluation of the directors, supervisors and managerial officers.
3. Regularly assess and establish the remunerations for the directors and managerial officers.
The Remuneration Committee holds regular meetings at least twice a year. For the information on the meetings of the Committee, please refer to the annual reports of the Company.
